User Agreement for Temple Manager Platform

1. Service Description

Temple Manager is a multi-tenant temple accounting and management platform. The platform provides tools for managing donations, expenses, income, members, pooja bookings, assets, commodities, and other temple-related operations. Each temple operates within its own isolated database environment with separate demo and production databases.

2. User Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must change your temporary password immediately upon first login.
  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the platform.
  • You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
3. Data Ownership and Privacy
  • All data entered into the platform remains the property of the respective temple.
  • We do not sell, trade, or share your temple's data with third parties.
  • Data is stored securely in isolated database schemas for each temple.
  • We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
  • You may request export or deletion of your data by contacting the platform administrator.
4. Record Limits and Usage
  • Each temple account has a default record limit of 1,000 total records across all tables.
  • Record limits can be increased by the platform administrator upon request.
  • Demo databases are provided for testing purposes and may have separate limits.
  • Production database access requires separate approval from the platform administrator.
5. Account Management
  • Temple registration requires approval by the platform administrator.
  • The platform administrator reserves the right to approve or reject temple registrations.
  • Accounts may be deactivated for violation of these terms.
  • Password changes are required periodically for security purposes.
  • Temple administrators can manage users within their temple.
6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other temples' data or accounts.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure or services.
  • Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Use the platform for commercial purposes unrelated to temple management.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we strive to maintain high availability and data integrity, we recommend maintaining your own backup records for critical financial data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption, arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
